we really enjoyed our time with Clara and jocelyn as well as giulia & Rachel. all four were wonderful with our baby, and knowing that he was safe and in good hands, made it easy for us to get a good night's rest. 

Caroline was fantastic! She was so reliable, responsible, and professional. I always felt so comfortable with her and our baby. she was also an excellent communicator and always told us if she needed something to do her job better. She gave us helpful tips on how to care for our baby. she was wonderful!!! 

we had a wonderful experience with cuddles & care. We were relieved to know that there was a night nanny with twin experience to help us feel more comfortable about the entire experience. Rachel was very professional and the twins were lucky to have her caring for them. Honestly this really helped us through in the first few weeks as we settled back home and gave us some relief and sleep that we really needed. We highly recommend cuddles & Care!  

our night nanny, jocelyn went above and beyond to give our daughter the best care. she was always prompt in her arrival time which helped ease any concerns from us as parents. not only did she provide the best care for our daugther, but she always listened to us as parents and offered suggestions/support. 

Jessica was so wonderful, patient and kind - she always found time to answer my questions and, even with her already packed schedule, helped me for a few overnights on short notice. She also matched me with an incredible night nanny (Clara) who was perfect for my family's needs and schedule. 

Jessica communicates and responds very quickly providing amazing service referring trustworthy and educated nannies. I felt comfortable and safe having the nannies take care of my baby who is 2 months old. I recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable nanny service! 

we were lucky to have jessica's expertise and support during our new navigation of parenthood with twins! Her two colleagues were also amazing and gave great care and attention. We cannot recommend Cuddles & Care enough -was an invaluable experience for us. 

My experience of cuddles & Care was exactly as the name promises and more. jessica has been the most incredible support to me and my family and the most loving and intuitive carer for my 5 month old daugther who grins every time Jessica walks through the door. I work long hours in a stressful job and she was brilliant at understanding our needs as a family and making a huge amount of informed help feel effortless. Her medical training and emotional intelligence push her above and beyond. I cannot recommend her and the company enough. 

We started working with jessica weeks after our twins were born. they are now three months old and are truly the happiest babies. So much of this is due to Jessica and her guidance. She has so much experience and knowledge, it's like having a coch to guide you through any challenges or questions you may have. 

the doulas were amazing. They were warm, understanding and great with our babies.  

Jocelyn was not only amazing with our baby but she was knowledgeable and a big comfort and support to me as a first time mom. 

excellent responsiveness, availability, flexibility and a back up plan! (in the event the night nanny is sick). very reliable and quality care!
